This guide was written as a response to a customer query and is intended to start you of in the right direction. Hopefully it will also be helpful to others.

Please note that this is a rough guide only

unzip file that contains modules and components

We are going to assume that you have downloaded the zip file “cb_1_9_0-unzip1st” This file needs to be extracted so that the components and modules can be uploaded individually. It is important that you know where these files are located on your computer and how to find them.

file after un-zipping

Now we can see all the files including some instructions on installation.
But it is the other zipped up files that we are going to upload. One at a time.

So reading the “README-NEW-INSTALL” file we need to upload the com_comprofiler.zip first

Extension Manger

Clicking Extension > Extension Manager will take us to where we will upload our CB comummity builder files. Click “Choose File” and navigate to where your files are located on your computer.
